December 2023:
Get ready for Christmas (HDAV)
Meanwhile the house of Natascha and Daniel is ready (compare December 2022),
and for the first time we
celebrate Christmas Eve in their new home. There
are different ways to get into festive mood, such as
yoga or relaxing in the
bath tub. Playing cards helps while waiting, but finally everyone gathers in
front of
the Christmas tree. Merry Christmas!

Christmas at Construction Site (HDAV)
Together with Natascha and Daniel we look forward to their new house planned
to be built next year.
While the ground is already cleared, there is still a
lot of work to be done on the construction site.
A tea break is great fun for
all of us and allows us to experience kind of Christmas magic.

Albania (Travel Photography, HDAV)
Even for experienced travellers, who have seen quite a lot of the world,
Albania is still a white spot on
the map. The south-east european country
between Montenegro, Greece and the Adriatic Sea is influenced
by bycanthine
and christian-orthodox culture and a well-kept secret among hikers. We#ve been
there ...

Teamevent (Event Photography, HDAV)
Group activities and experiences of people, who normally only share a common
office,
are a well known means of improving cooperation within departments
and to practice communication and
teamwork in a new environment. During this
event about 40 individuals proved their creativity, learned
about new colleagues and had a lot of fun.

It is a beloved tradition to meet in our house in early December and prepare
Christmas Cookies.
For four days
our kitchen will be occupied by Christina and Natascha, their

morning to late night all
kinds of dough will be prepared, cookies cut out and ornaments designed.
Kitchen
Aid and baking oven are on permanent duty. Finally, the ladies will have
produced beyond 50kg of
delicious sweets in more than 20 types.

September 2020: Railway Museum Strasshof
(Documentary Photography)
On a sunny late summer afternoon a small group of photographers meets a
Railway Museum Strasshof
(some miles north of Vienna). Between talks with
railway enthusiastic volunteers, who keep the iron exhibits
of this museum
alive, we find lots of photo subjects: locomotives and coaches, steel and glass,
soot and smoke,
rust and fresh green, and atmosphere all around -->

March 2018: Surprising
and frightening Western Africa (HDAV)
A very special journey to the Western African countries Togo and Benin left
us surprised and frightened.
Still we enjoyed laughing with excited children
without being capable of a single local word.

September 2015: Ladakh

An impressive journey took us in September 2015 to Ladakh, the province in
northern India next to Tibet.
The area is characterised by its lonely deserts,
rough mountains, high passes and Buddhist monasteries.

January 2013: Right in
the Center of Costa Rica Tropical Rain Forest (Spheric Panoramas)
A travel to Costa Rica offered the chance to visit the Tropical Research
Station of La Gamba, operated by
scientists of University of Vienna (Austria). This is the place to study
biodiversity of tropical rain forests.
Not far away at about 1500m above sea level you will find a place called San
Gerardo the Dota, located in
the steep valley of Rio Savegre. Both locations where starting points for great
hikes into the scenic rain forest.
When I returned home I had collected lots of material for spheric panoramas.

June 2012: Garden
Party (Time Lapse)
In early June we enjoyed a great garden party with lots of good friends. The
perfect
pre-summer weather contributed significantly to the event. The camera was mounted on
the tripod
from breakfast onwards and captured all the preparations, the arrival of guests
and finally
the evening talks at candle lights. Thus a full day fits into a video clip of
just 2 minutes.

Faces (HDAV)
Travelling through Vietnam and Cambodia in 2011 I was particularly impressed
by the optimism of the people
after really hard times not long ago. Furthermore I loved all the friendly faces
smiling at my camera.
These were magic moments! This clip covers the first eight minutes of a one hour
production about
a great travel experience.

October 2011: Rock
Concert Oberbaumgarten (Event Photography)
The parish rock band in Pfarre
Oberbaumgarten, well known so far "only" for their support during
Mass services,
for the first time delivered a full evening music program. All revenues created
will be given as a donation to
finance the necessary repair works of the rooftop of the church. This was
illustrated by the decoration: Right
